Information on how you can submit a complaint about Services Australia, give a compliment or suggest to help us improve their service.

You have the right to ask for a review of the decision. You can do this if you do not agree with a decision about:

  • your Centrelink payments or services
  • a Medicare debt
  • Child Support.
