FoodSmart Food Safety Program Template (Victoria)
FoodSmart is a Victorian Department of Health-approved food safety program template for class 2 retail and food service businesses.
Using FoodSmart can help you comply with Victorian food safety laws and requirements.
FoodSmart is not suitable for all food premises. If you are unsure, contact your local council authorised officer (also known as an environmental health officer) for advice.
